The Principia community is near and dear to our hearts!

Dedicated to raising our respective families in Christian Science, we both moved to St. Louis from California
(Jim and family 4 years ago, Roberta and girls 2 years ago), specifically for our children/grandchildren to attend the Saint Louis School.

As home buyers we both found it difficult to find anyone that had a real handle on neighborhoods and inventory close to Prin.  After ‘partnering up' in Jan 2007, we decided to concentrate our efforts on assisting Prin families find the best housing available.   

Our roots go deep!  We have a bunch of College and Upper School grads between us.  Currently we have kids and grandkids attending the Lower and Middle Schools!

We love and appreciate the values that Principia represents and wish to be a part of helping families settle in to support the Prin community, whatever their housing needs.
